General Information

  • To book Solo Training, group classes, or private lessons at Indoor Tennis Club, you’ll need to create an account with us. You can [register here] or download our app for easy access.

    If your kids are joining our group program, you'll need to sign them up under a family account. Simply [add your family members here] to complete their registration.

  • Yes, we recommend making a reservation to ensure court availability. You can book a court online through our website or download our app.

    Please note, we don’t accept walk-ins during the first and last opening hours of the day.

  • We have eight parking spaces available in front of the building marked with our sign. Additional off-street parking is also available nearby.

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothing suitable for tennis and Tennis Shoes.

  • Yes, we provide tennis rackets and balls if you don't have your own. Just wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes, and you're ready to play!

  • Yes, you can only bring up to 2 guests for Solo Training Sessions. The three-person limit applies whether guests are playing or just watching. Please refer to our policies section for more information

  • Absolutely! If you're new to tennis, we suggest joining our group classes or hiring a private coach. If you'd like to try a Solo Training Session, you can book our Trial Session. [Book a Trial Session]

  • Yes, we welcome players of all levels to our space. Indoor Tennis Club is a place for you to practice, improve your skills, and hit balls while having lots of fun.

    • You may bring water only — no food, coffee, sports drinks, or other beverages. Any spill may incur a $100 cleaning fee.

    • No pets are allowed inside the courts.

    • No children under 3 years old on the courts for safety reasons.

Coaching & Programs

  • Yes, we offer tennis programs for different age groups and skill levels. More information can be found on our [Our Space] page under the Group Tennis Program section. Kids' programs are available on a term basis only.

  • Yes, we offer different tennis classes for adults. More information can be found on our [Our Space] page under the Group Tennis Program section. For our adult group classes, there's an option to purchase class packages, and you can book into the class that works for your schedule. Please refer to our timetable for class information.

  • We focus on small group classes to ensure individual attention. For kids' programs, the minimum is 2 participants, and the maximum is 8. For adult group classes, the minimum is 2 participants, and the maximum is 6.

  • Yes, we offer private coaching. Our coaches are available for private lessons; refer to our [Our Space] page to see their details. For prices and to schedule a lesson, please contact the coach directly. If you're unsure which coach to choose, feel free to contact us at support@indoortennisclub.co.nz for assistance.

Booking, Waitlists, and Cancellation

  • You will need to sign up for a Mindbody account first, then book a court online through our Booking page [here] or download our App [Apple Store], [Google Play].

    Please note, we don’t accept walk-ins during the first and last opening hours of the day.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you can't make it to the Adult Group Class or Solo Training Session, please cancel at least 12 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the class/session credit, which is not refundable. Click [here] to see our Membership Policies.

  • Yes, we do. Click on the class/session you'd like to book, then add yourself to the waitlist. You'll be notified via email and app notification if space becomes available.

  • As long as you cancel within the 12-hour cancellation policy, your class/session will be automatically credited to your account.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer make-up classes for missed sessions. Our programs are structured to run on a set schedule to ensure a consistent experience for all participants. However, if you have any concerns or special circumstances, please contact us—we'll do our best to assist you.

  • This situation could only happen in Adult classes. We need a minimum of 2 people to run an Adult class. Classes with fewer than 2 people will be cancelled 3 hours prior to the start time. Your class will be credited back to your account.
